I can't seem to figure out what's causing this issue:



overlapping todo notes!



I'm using a custom command:



usepackage[colorinlistoftodos,textsize=tiny]todonotes

newcommandxgw[2][1=]todo[linecolor=orange,backgroundcolor=orange!25,bordercolor=orange,#1]#2


It happens even with the regular todo command. Also, the notes get cut off at the bottom of the page:
